I,
___________________________, authorize VTWebsites-4-Less to build and host a 3 page real estate website
(consisting of a home page, a 6 image slideshow page, and a Contact Info page)
for my property which is For Sale By Owner (FSBO). VTWebsites-4-Less has my
permission to obtain and register a url for my property to match my street
address or come as close to it as possible. I understand VT Websites-4-Less
retains ownership of this url for a period of up to 1 year at which time I am
free to renew it on my own. I
understand my website will be advertised on the Real Estate Affiliates page of
VTWebsites-4-Less.com as well as on 6+ real estate directories/index-style websites of their choosing for the
duration of my contract.
___ I am purchasing a 3 month contract for the
price of $149 at this time with
the
option to renew for an additional 3 months for $99.
___ I am purchasing a 6 month contract for the
price of $225 at this time.

I fully understand the above rates are based on
the use of a template designed and supplied by VTWebsites-4-Less with minimal
changes made to my page copy once the site is built. I am to supply all
copy/information with which the site will be compiled as well as images (jpg or
gif) if available. I understand I can hire VTWebsites-4-Less to take
photographs at the rate of $24/per image if I am unable to supply any. If I
chose to supply photographs rather than electronic images I understand I will
incur additional charges for scanning and prep work.
I will notify VTWebsites-4-Less before 90 days
(or 180 days for 6 mo. contract) has passed if I want to renew the site
otherwise all advertising will come off-line. Once the website is off-line I
understand I would incur the full price ($149 for 3 month contract, $225 for a
6 month contract) to have it reinstated/rebuilt.
If my property goes under
deposit and/or sells before my package expires I will let VTWebsites-4-Less
know so the website can be taken off-line. I understand there is no refund
given if my property sells or I obtain a deposit on it before my 3- or 6-month
contract expires.
